This is why our bars are made using TIR, aka total internal reflection optics, which are designed to capture and focus all of the light from our LEDs. In order to offer our customers the most utility from our LED light bars, we have created several functional beam patterns. This allows you to pick and choose how to use your bars and essentially gives each bar on your vehicle three distinct functions. The process of swapping between these functional patterns is as simple as unscrewing the cover plate from the bar, swapping the optic lens, and replacing the cover plate. Each bar comes with your desired pattern installed and additional lenses can be purchased in clear or amber in the “Off Road Accessories” section of our site. Our functional patterns include:

● The Driving Pattern - Our driving pattern delivers a 20W*8H degree rectangular pattern directed at the road ahead to supplement your vehicle’s high beams. This pattern offers improved visibility over the conventional spot pattern from most high beams.
● The Wide Pattern - For driving in inclement weather, this 100W*8H degree spread of light provides a wide field of view on the road ahead. By keeping the pattern narrow, the light stays focused on the road and helps improve your visibility.
