Demon eyes are special LED accents that attach to the lens of projector-style headlights or fog lights. Projector housings focus light using reflector systems and a lens that magnifies and focuses the light from your bulbs. By adding multicolor LEDs to the housing, our Pro Series Demon Eyes create bright, colored light that is projected from the lens. This creates an impressive display that can be used whenever you are at car shows or events.
Most demon eyes on the market only use RGB LEDs. This means that each demon eye contains a red, green, and blue LED chip that can be mixed to create virtually any color. e, on the other hand, use an RGBW LED chip setup. This means that there is an additional pure white LED chip, so instead of combining red, green, and blue to create white, our demon eyes use that white LED to create a pure white color.
Adding demon eyes to your headlights can be a tricky process, so we recommend having a professional install these LEDs for you. Home installation is possible, but if the housing doesn’t get sealed properly there could be moisture We do include mounting brackets for H1 style projectors, but have a different projector, you will need to fabricate a custom mounting bracket or use a special adhesive to mount the lights.
Once you have the LEDs installed in the housing, you will need an RGBW controller to control them. We carry an RGBW Bluetooth controller on our site which can be used with our demon eyes, as well as our other RGBW LED accent lighting. Using a Bluetooth controller will allow you to control your new lights from any Bluetooth enabled smart device.
